HMDI is connected from my pc to my tv i get picture only no sound.

Are you getting any sound to speakers or headphones?

Does the device manager show any problems like a red "X" ?

 

Make sure the HDMI cable connects to the TV directly and not through a receiver / amplifier that might redirect the audio.

 

If connected directly to the TV then check your audio mixer.  I assume windows 11

 

Open volume mixer and select the video for output and make sure theere is no "X" next to the speaker like I shown.
