HOW SET easily legible larger letters

Please help me how i am gonna set bigger the windows from apps or programs about the letters and not only , the situation is very sad ,

All solutions above doesn't help , all above doesn't help apps to be more clean and bigger , the letters like easeus todo back up , or if you make a right click for example on display adapter on device manager the window that appears is very very unreadable.

Override High DPI Scaling Behavior for Specific Apps

This is especially useful for older apps like EaseUS Todo Backup.

1. Right-click the app shortcut or .exe file (e.g., EaseUS Todo Backup).
2. Select Properties → go to the Compatibility tab.
3. Click Change high DPI settings.
4. Under High DPI scaling override, check Override high DPI scaling behavior.
5. Set it to System (Enhanced) or System.

First of all thanks a lot.

The solution is among in the middle of the situation.

About the dpi compatibility mode the apps works ok!

About scaling , generally  for me scaling up is not an option as it would mess up some things , i think...

when scaling up , the ease us for example ,  with the settings for the dpi , when it starts the window of the program is like a broken puzzle you cannot work. The solution is in the middle , you must check the dpi with very low scaling.  

ps. We need to increasing programs fonts not windows fonts .

I forgot to mentioned the steps for my pc are....

system -> display -> scale & layout -> custom scaling
