Product: HP EliteBook x360 1030 G3 Notebook PC

I opened up my EliteBook 1030 G3 x360 one day and found that the touch screen had stopped working. There's no sign of physical damage and everything else works fine. 

 

I've tried the following but nothing has worked:

 

  • Reinstall Windows
  • Update BIOS
  • Disable/enable/uninstall touch screen driver in Device Manager
  • Do a hard reset/restart the laptop

 

I don't know what else to do. I'm stuck. Can anyone help?
