Product: HP Pavilion 17e189nr

I have a busted screen and am looking into replacements as I need a laptop to return to school, the screen I pulled off my laptop has V5 on the back, I found a replacement but it is V3. What are the differences? Will the V3 work on my laptop that a V5 came out of? Thanks

The specs of your machine is

It has  17.3-inch diagonal HD+ BrightView LED-backlit display (1600 x 900) part # 720676-001 which is  NO LONGER SUPPLIED:

 

             https://partsurfer.hp.com/Search.aspx?searchText=720676-001

 

It doesn't matter V3 or V5, it MUST have part # 720676-001
