Good day community

 

issue 1

I have a HP 250 G8 SN# [personal info removed].

The laptop stopped charging and I thought it's the charging port, so I changed that however it did not resolve the issue,  then got another battery and that still didn't resolve the issue. I was able to charge my battery using another laptop similar to mine, and when I put it in my laptop it works. 

 

Ran diagnosis (F2) and everything passed, battery, system, memory, etc.. Not sure what to do at this point.

Motherboard replacement but the screen is extremely dim. (same device as above)

 

Can someone please help,
