Product: hp 255 G10
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I have a HDMI cable to my laptop and still it won't recognize the second monitor I have. I was told there may be an issue with my USB drivers.

 

Any help is appreciated.

Do you connect DIRECT HDMI to HDMI ?

HP Recommended

I have a HDMI to display cable connection. It worked with my other HP laptop.. a 7440 model. Just getting frustrated with all of the issues.
