Hello,

 

I have just been given a new HP 440 G9 and am having trouble connecting to my monitors via a dock.  They're MSI monitors connected via displaylink cables to a Dell Dock.  The Dock then connects to the device by either USB A or USB C.  This set up works for many other machines but not this specific laptop.  When trying to add the monitors, they're not detected at all and do not show up as options.  I'm unsure how to troubleshoot this.

I see that you are facing display connection via docks.
