Dear All,

Good day,

 

I am facing a strange issue with my ProBook 450 g4. We have a user who use two Monitors. One with VGA and other with HDMI.

One day after he shutdown the computer and next day when he switched on ,the Monitor connected with HDMI is not having any display. However the monitor is detected in the Display Settings. Only the VGA has display.

We have tried different monitors but no luck. So this works on the monitors he has been using for more than 3 yrs.

After few days he moved to another room for a meeting and connected monitor there to the VGA and that monitor also doesnt give any display.But if he try his original monitor,it works.

I have tried uninstalling the video drivers, Updating windows.But nothing works.

Can anyone please help me with this please.
