Its specs

It ONLY has 1 hopeless SuperSpeed USB 3.2 Gen 1.0 Type-C port; 5 Gbps signaling rate (data transfer only; charging or external monitors not supported) port which does NOT support Alt mode nor Power Delivery. You can NOT use it to

  • Charge your machine,
  • Connect to an external monitor with/without hub/dock/adapter (some hubs may have builtin chip to support this)

If you wish to connect 2 external monitors (only-total 3), you can use

  • Monitor 1: HDMI direct cable,
  • Monitor 2: Using a Displaylink Certified USB-A to HDMI adapter such as

                                     USB to HDMI Adapter

@Banhien

Thank you, that was helpful. Got it working with USB 3 to HDMI Adapter and USB3 Docking Stations which even support 2 external displays. Acceptable solution for the customer.

You're definitely right USB-C Gen 1 does not support video signals.
