Product: 840 G4
Hi
We have come across a weird issue, we have some HP 840 G4 with touch screen and some without, and on those that do have touch screen the trackpoint do no work at all, we have tried new keyboards without any luck, we then figured we would try the keyboard from a HP 840 G4 without touch screen since the trackpoint works on those laptops, and again, it didn't work.
So my question is this,. does anybody know that if a HP 840 G4 have touch screen it somehow disables the trackpoint?
All laptops are installed with the same windows and driver (via WDS/MDT)
Best Regards
Brian
