Hello everyone.
I own an HP Elitebook x360 830 G8 Notebook PC and have the problem that my HP Active Pen G3 cannot write on the touch display, even though it is connected via Bluetooth. I can touch the screen with my fingers and it works just fine. Only the pen and touch screen does not work. The pen is NOT the problem since the problem occured both with my old pen as well as a brand new one. I have the feeling that the computer is overworked when I write too much. Could that be it? Or what could be the source of this problem? Because if I wait for about 10' the pen works again but after 2' it again does not work.
Thanks for the answer!
