HP Active Pen G3 - Not working - Pavillion X360 and EnvY X360

Good day all.

I've bought a HP Active Pen G3 but could not make it work properly in none of my notebooks (Pavillion x360 and Envy x360).

Once connected via Bluetooth the system states that drivers are installed and device connected. The top button triggers the command configured but there is no response when writing or selecting anything on the screen. I've even changed the tip with no result.

I've tried some of the suggestions provided (uninstalling drivers, etc.). All updates were done.

Before returning the device assuming  it is not working, I would like to get any other advice you may have. Can someone confirm it is compatible with my notebooks?

Any help will be much appreciated.

HP Active Pen is not compatible with any model of the Pavilion or the Envy.
