Product: HP Pavilion Laptop 15-cc1xx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

1415273262  My HP Active Stylus is connected via bluetooth and all the buttons work. When you push the top button, it pulls out windows ink. But, I can't write with it. I will put it to the screen and that does nothing. Please help me fix this problem. Thanks!

I don't see your laptop on the list of models with digitizer in screen to work with an active pen/stylus:
