Product: HP Pavilion x360 15.6 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 15-er0000 IDS Base Model

I bought an HP Pavillion x360 (15-er0xxx) three years ago.  I received a three-year HP Care Pack to go with it at the same time.

 

The start date on that Care Pack was July 26, 2021.  And according to MyHP (ie. MyPC) on the laptop that Care Pack is still valid -- although it does expire in three days.

 

But when I sign on to HP's online website it says this coverage has expired.

Note: Do not share any of your personal information such as serial number, phone number, email ID, etc., on your public post.

 

- Exact model number/product number(SKU number) of your HP Product (Click here for information on how to find the model number/product number).

- Error messages (if any) on the unit.

- When was the last time it was working fine?

- Were there any changes made to your laptop recently?
