We just purchased this chromebook 2 days ago. The touchscreen was working fine, but today it is not working at all. I have tried to reset, powerwash etc. and still does not work. Is there a way we may have just disabled it?
Thanks!

@AOGUN Welcome to HP Community!
I understand that the touchscreen is not working.
Do not worry. I will try to fix the issue.
Let's try these steps to fix touchscreen problems:
- Wipe off any dust or dirt on your touchscreen.
- Reset your Chromebook hardware.
- Reset your Chromebook to factory settings.
