HP Chromebook x360 on black screen

My chrome book is on a black screen of death the power LED is on and the screen won’t restart. I even attempted to force restart the device and nothing is working. There is battery still in the chrome book but it’s just frozen on a black screen and unable to be used. I can power it down only allow it to automatically self turn off. Even when it does that it doesn’t help the issue. Still when turning back on it’s black again. Again I’ve attempted to force restart it by holding power button and refresh and all those other ways to restart the chrome book. None work!
