I bought HP Victus Gaming 16.1 inch Ryzen 5 5600H GTX 1650 last year in February (2024).

It was working fine, but one day suddenly ethernet port stopped working, I contacted HP Customer Care, they told me you have mismatch warranty, your warranty expired in 2023 only.

I was shocked, I contacted from Reliance Digital where I bought this piece, they told that this issue is from HP side, they have check from their side.

I again then contacted HP support, I again told them the case, after that they updated the warranty. Then one engineer came and changed my motherboard.

After few weeks, My Camera suddenly stopped working, after that again I called HP support, they told the same mismatch case, it took 2 days to change it again, then again engineer came and changed camera but issue still persisted, then finally changed the motherboard again.

 

After 1 month I checked for my graphics card, it was not showing up, I called again, and as always they told me about mismatch warranty case, I asked them why this is happening again, why don't they update it at once.

Then after 2 days, I got a call, this time not in help but telling me that my warranty expired in 2023.

I told them about it, that I attached my invoice everytime they asked for it to check mismatch case.

But they strongly refused to help.

 

I gave them case numbers when motherboards were changed, they were in surprise as those case numbers were not showing before, they told me they would help, after 2 days I again got a call they are working on my case, but first need to fix mismatch (again same thing), and after 2 days I got a call for the same **bleep** thing that warranty is expired.

**bleep**???

And not till here, I got these 2 types of calls every 2 days, I got frustrated and scolded one of the agent, he didn't care about it and just said we're working on it and ended the call.

These calls came until my 1 year warranty got expired.

 

Is this your way/behaviour?? **bleep** is this?

Just calling and rejecting again and again to tell the same **bleep** thing.

 

I want to change my laptop or else I'll complain to higher authorities about this.
