Operating System: Microsoft Windows Vista

I got the problem on my dv9000 laptop. Is it too late for the free repair for the class action lawsuit?

 

I never, ever received anything (Email, letter) from HP about this problem and the repair. I've registered my laptop when I bought it, a while back. I have spend almot $2000 to have this laptop but not worth it since I bought. Please let me know how get back my money due to manaufacture issue or how to repair free.
