Product: HP USB-C Dock G4

I cannot get g4 usbc dock to work with my envy x360 13 2020 covertible to connect display over G4 dock. It connects for audio, network, usbs. but not display connections on the dock (hdmi or displayport). Any solution?

HP USB-C Dock G4 is discontinued. What is your envy x360 13 2020 ?  Please use the following way to find out:

It is hp envy x360 13-ay1336no. Thank you. I have even tried direct connection usbc to my Samsung M5 monitor. It did not work either.   But as I have this HP dock I would like to make it work, so I dont have to get a new one (I would buy another HP then, brand has to try to keep compatilibitlity with it is own products). 

Are any drivers needed? Should I see something that alludes to DP/video output in Device manager?

Is it important which amd radeon drivers are installed?
