Hi - I'm looking for two laptops for our business, with good local storage and decent RAM, and like the look of the HP ENVY 13-aq0003na.
My worry before spending out on two of these is that they are capable of running dual external monitors when used in the office. We currently use 1920 x 1080 screens, but there is always the possibility when we upgrade at some point that these may become 4k
My problem is I can't get my head round the various external docks, what they offer regarding dual monitor connections and whether this machine is compatible. I've found an external dock on the HP site that looks perfect, but it is listed as being for the Elitebook and Probook. So I assume the Envy range is not thunderbolt hence it not being listed as compatible?
What I'm desperately trying to understand is what this machine can do in terms of eternal monitor (s), including its limitations should I need to change to a 4K monitor.
I'm sure all the info is on the website and forums somewhere, and I have trawled through for two mornings running, but for a non-expert like me it's really difficult to come to a definitive conclusion!
If anyone can help, you'd be a life-saver!

Machines do not have docking port therefore you have to use USB.x docks . If you wish to have 2 or more external monitors (also need to check 4K monitors in future), please enter your requirement on the following link and it will find for you few options on market today including some HP products:

or try following HP docks
