HP ENVY Laptop 13-aq0xxx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When I ordered my laptop in March, an article on the HP Store reviewing the ENVY 13 inch laptops stated that Sure View was included with the laptop. "This feature is included in both HP ENVY 13 models and provides increased security protection regardless of how you configure your purchase. Both also include an integrated HP Sure View privacy screen, allowing you to darken your screen’s peripheral appearance at the touch of a button." Did I just misread the article and this is a feature I needed to purchase when I ordered my laptop? I've been working from home for the last 3 months so I haven't needed to use this feature, but now that I'm starting to get out again this would be very useful. I've looked on my computer and can't seem to find the option anywhere.

What is your HP ENVY Laptop 13-aq0xxx ? For example HP ENVY - 13-aq0011ms, its specs

          https://support.hp.com/au-en/document/c06308307

The above machine ONLY has  13.3" diagonal FHD IPS BrightView micro-edge WLED-backlit touch screen (1920 x 1080) and it does not support Sure View

Please try on your machine :  press the fn+F2 key (to immediately transition the PC to privacy mode) to see any change (if available).

Regards.

My machine is an ENVY 13-aq000 CT0. I tried fn+F2 and nothing happened. That feature wasn't the reason I bought the laptop, so it's unfortunate but not the end of the world that it isn't included. Thanks for the help!
