PLEASE MY BRAND NEW HP ENVY 17.3 INCH LAPTOP 17t-da0000 IDS BASE MODEL WITH SERIAL NUMBER CND5130LMW AND PRODUCT ID BEING 911B2AV HAS AN ISSUE OF FREEZING AND CRASHING AND RESTARTING.AT TIMES IT RESTARTS BY ITSELF WHEN BUSILY USING IT AND THIS CAN OCCUR BETWEEN FIVE TO TEN TIMES A DAY SINCE THE DAY I BOUGHT IT.
SECONDLY AT TIMES UPON RESTARTING THE SCREEN DISPLAYS WITH A CODE AS STOP CODE: DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE(0x9F) .
