HP ENVY Laptop 13-ba1000 (1F4E5AV)
Microsoft Windows 11

My HP Envy laptop that I have owned for 1 and a half years has a broken display as a result of the right hinge failing, causing the screen to be mis-aligned. So far the unit is working fine with no damage to the LCD display. I have quickly found that this is a common issue and as a result of a design flaw in the laptop. This is extremely disappointing considering the high price I paid for the laptop, and that this is no fault of my own. As a result I expect HP to repair my laptop despite its expired warranty. Thanks Paul

HP Asst. This was a total waste of my time. Nowhere could I find "Show Options".  This is not service, this was misdirect at its best. It is pathetic and inexcusable that on a laptop that is only a year and a half old would have this issue. And, that HP would not step up to correct the issue. The small amount it would have cost your company to remedy this situation is paltry compared to the lose of good will and business. For all those reading this BEWARE OF HP PRODUCTS!!! THIS IS NOT AN ABUSE ISSUE, THIS IS A DESIGN FLAW AND AS SUCH HP SHOULD STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT.  And I am a guy who have used HP products for over 30 years.
