Hello Community,

 

I have this 1.5 year old laptop with Amoled 4K touch screen and I just noticed there is this kind of patterned frame around the display, it is very noticeable when the display is off but I am starting to see it when the display is on and showing dark colours/pictures. To be honest, I do not remember seeing this frame in the past, it might have been there but I don't remember, the display otherwise works great, colours are bright, videos run with no issues, I can change resolutions so in general no other problems but I'm puzzled about this "frame", is this normal for a 4K Amoled touch screen? or something is wrong with the display and maybe just getting worse?

 

Here is a photo of the display, laptop is off, the red arrows point to the "frame" it goes around the display.
