HP ENVY x 360
My laptop is stuck in tablet mode and there is no way to directly disable it.
Folding it 360 to tablet and unfolding it back to a laptop does not help.
Rotation Lock is disabled then also tablet mode doesn't turn off.

Hi @satyamrai0510,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
It sounds like you're experiencing an issue with your HP ENVY x 360 being stuck in tablet mode on Windows 11. Here are a few steps you can try to troubleshoot and resolve the issue.
- Restart your Laptop: Sometimes a simple restart can resolve software glitches. Restart your laptop and see if the issue persists.
- Check Tablet Mode Settings: Go to Settings > System > Tablet, and ensure that the settings there are configured correctly. You should be able to toggle tablet mode on and off from this section.
- Update Drivers: Ensure that all your device drivers are up to date. You can do this by going to Device Manager, right-clicking on each device, and selecting "Update driver."
- HP Software: HP often provides its own software for managing hardware features. Check if there's any HP software related to tablet or display settings and see if there are any options to toggle tablet mode.
- Windows Updates: Make sure your Windows 11 installation is fully up to date. Sometimes, bugs are fixed in newer updates.
- Reset Windows: If none of the above solutions work, you might consider resetting Windows. This will reinstall the operating system while keeping your personal files intact. Go to Settings > System > Recovery > Reset this PC, and choose the option to keep your files.
Hopefully, one of these steps will help resolve the issue and get your laptop out of tablet mode.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
