HP ENVY x360 Laptop - 15m-ee0013dx
Microsoft Windows 11

My HP ENVY x360 laptop’s bottom left corner of the screen’s casing, to the left of left hinge is cracking open when you try to close it. I can’t close it. When it’s pressing on the touch screen, the laptop is unusable as it constantly jumps around. Only solution is to angle the screen down some, making it difficult to view. It’s 3 years and 3 months old. I’ve never dropped it. I’ve only used the convertible feature less than 5 times over 2 years ago. The issue started last month. Other cosmetic issues are occurring as well: keys popping off, rubber strip on bottom falling off. Is there any way to fix it the screen so I can shut it and not have it become a desk only computer. I’m extremely disappointed in HP. I feel my screen will crack any day now.
