Product: HP ENVY x360 Laptop - 13-ay0800no
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My screen just got broken with no reason and when I went to the support they said that I must change the screen. And now iam wondering how much would it cost me to change the screen and what should I do?

Hi, @Alia8 I am sorry to hear that.

 

Is your warranty still valid? If so then try and use it to replace the broken screen.

Thanks for the suggestion, but I was wondering how much it would cost me to change the screen? Or should I send it to the HP support center?
