Product: HP ENVY x360 Convertible Laptop PC 13-bd0000 (172M6AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Very disappointed  that my very carefully used 2.5 year old HP Envy X360 has a delaminating screen over the left hinge- rivet fell out now can't close it and like many others finding it hard to fathom that this product is still for sale and/ or has not been recalled. This was not a inexpensive purchase I have been delighted with it until now. Advice on repairs what to do with it welcome.
