HP Elite Dragonfly 13.5 inch Chromebook (5B955AV)
Chrome OS

Was doing a search and the black screen came up and the system froze and did not reboot .. 

Any insight is appreciated.

Got to do the hard reset and it took care of the issue. 

This is a new chrome book, less than 4 months old  thus my concern of this issue happening.

In doing further research  an additional factor is my HP Elite Dragonfly Chromebook has become  hot and less responsive lately and that is the first time I have dealt with that on a chromebook. 

My hunch is that this hotness has made this happen so will be researching if a cooling laptop pad will decrease this from happening again.
