Product: HP Elite Dragonfly
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

update from the HP Elitebook X2 to the Dragonfly and my 27" Apple thunderbolt display (via apple thunderbolt 2 to thunderbolt 3 adaptor) is no longer working.  updated all firmware and loaded the Apple Display installer. any ideas?

Hi 

 

it seems that the new  Elite dragonfly does not recognize non-windows certified thunderbolt devices. there was a firmware utility to turn this off but it is not compatible with my new laptop. anyone at HP planning on updating this utility?

could be related to the fact that the display is Thunderbolt 2 and the newer latops with TB3 and Intel have dropped support for TB2 with the latest drivers?
