Product: HP EliteBook 840 G7 Notebook PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Notebook was working fine with an HP dock for 6 months, 2 monitors working using displayport outputs. Now both external video outputs are not working. The HDMI output from the laptop itself is functional, but other external USB-C to HDMI adapters are not working.
