Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello guys!

 

I upgraded my OS to Windows 10 Pro, however, I cannot adjust the screen brightness using the hotkeys, and I don't find the drivers under HP support for my model.

 

Can you point me into the right direction please?

 

My laptop's model is HP EliteBook 9470m

Hi:

 

HP used to have a W10 hotkey support driver for your notebook, but they removed it a few years ago for some reason.

 

I had saved the file and it is on my Skydrive folder which I have shared the link with you below.

Download, unzip and run the file labeled sp71790.zip
