I recently purchased two monitors ( HP - 24" IPS LED FHD FreeSync Monitor with Adjustable Height (HDMI, VGA) - Silver & Black) for my laptop (HP EliteBook x360 1040 G7 Notebook PC). I got a docking station and it displays perfectly fine, however it is not charging my laptop while plugged in. Was wondering what would be a docking station recommendation for this

What is your dock ? Page 32 of the following manual shows you few compatible docks for your machine

Are there any with 2 HDMI ports because I am only seeing docks with one.
