Hello.
I have this notebook since new (it was my work notebook). I have use it 3 years and decide to buy it from my company. I was install Win10 64bit on it and have fun... Until one day the screen turns in solid gray-blue color (while i am scrolling on facebook). After restart everything is fine. Some days after it has the same problem but this time was while i am watching a video on youtube. The problem hasnt occur every day or something like this. When i play my favourite game age of empires II, it last hours and hours gameplay without any problem. I suggest it has overheat problems and renew the thermal paste. A friend of mine take it and put a high end class thermal paste, the temperature under load is normal 50-60 C, have no sign of overheating. But still the problem occur. Reinstall the OS, no change at all, put a newest video driver - same old s...t. Is there any working decision or we could admit this like a "factory deffect"? Because one of my collegues tell me that his one has a same problem (very same model, they gave us same notebooks in our company). The CPU is Ryzen Pro series.
Thanks in advance
