I have the same issue on my HP EliteBook 860 16 inch G11 Notebook with Windows 11 23H2 and Teams version:

You have Microsoft Teams version 25007.607.3371.8436.

You've got the latest version. It was last checked on 4/2/2025.

The client version is 49/25010620412.
 
The following workaround works for me: 
During a video call, select View and then check Prioritize Video.

I have the same issue on my HP EliteBook 640 14-inch G11 Notebook with Windows 11 23H2.Except for Teams, there is an issue with the same thing happening in the browser. It starts to glimpse at Flash player things.

Same issue with different 840 G11 laptops - all connected with a USB-C docking station and 2x external displays.

Same issues here. I have a HP EliteBook 840 14 inch G11 Notebook PC. Had our IT folks try different drivers and bios, but nothing has helped. I think the problem is worse when watching presentations using the Chrome browser as opposed to the MS Edge browser.

We've received this workaround from HP, it seems to have solved the issue on several machines in our company.

 

Install:

KB5051989 - Windows 11 22H2 & 23H2
KB5051987 - Windows 11 24H2
 
The Intel graphics driver
 
 
There is newer version of MS Teams that also is showing positive results.
Old MS Teams - 25017.203.3370.1174 (issue observed)
New MS Teams - 25031.805.3440.5290
 
Intel is still continuing to investigate this issue.

This suggestion still does not fix my scrambled green screen video issue. 

 

During this week (April 7th - 11th, 2025) both HP and Intel have provided a wide array of drivers (and also a Teams app update) which I installed, but none of them have resulted in a fix.
