Hi all,

I am new here, and honestly new in the "customising my laptop" group too.

My question is that I would like to add an extra GPU to my laptop (Elitebook 8440p). I do not want to swap CPU (i5 520M). Can you please guide or recommend me which express card should I buy and what GPU is usable please? I have been searching the internet but couldn't find a concrete solution, so I'd rather ask the people who actually do these things.

Hi:

 

The graphics adapter is an integral part of the motherboard and cannot be upgraded.

 

Your notebook does not support an eGPU.

 

It is way too old and doesn't have a Thunderbolt port.
