Microsoft Windows 11

Hello all,

Having a hard time getting 2 4k monitors to work at 60Hz. I have enabled the High Resolution mode in the bios but still am not getting it to work. I am using a Dell U2723QE 27" 4k monitor with built in USBC dock and display port passthrough for a secondary monitor. The second monitor is able to output 4k 60Hz but the primary monitor is unable to go above 30hz at 4k. If I reduce to 2k, it can go to 60Hz.

My understanding is the thunderbolt 4 ports on the Elitebook should support 2 4k monitors at 60Hz, but all other threads I'm finding are related to using an HP dock. Is it possible to use the USBC connection to the Dell monitor to output dual 4k 60Hz? Otherwise I need to connect one with HDMI and that defeats the purpose of a single docking cable.

Thanks!
