Product: HP EliteBook 840 G5 Notebook PC
Hi,
We have the HP USB-C Dock G5 currently in our office and have been working great however, recently we have had 4 laptops which happen to be HP Elitebook 840 G5's crashing every time they are docked in. They get the blue screen, which either gives the error code Bad pool caller or KMode exception not handled. We have tried updates, memory checks, dock firmware updates but nothing seems to be working.
Any of the newer generation laptops seem to be working fine, it's just the gen 5's. When they are not docking in the laptops work seamlessly.
Could anyone help?
Thank you.
