Hello,

During working signal lost to monitor, on both - main and external;

Restart computer and screen is totally black;

Tryed steps from this source:

https://support.hp.com/si-en/document/c03518165

After second try, result is that, it is possible to work only with external monitor and only in Safe Mode;

Main screen is still black;

I hope it is OS problem, but If it is related to video card on hardware level, then by which one can be replaced existed video card ?

Thank you.

So,

Bought new monitor and video card,

- Changed monitor - no result,

- Changed video card - everithing is OK!

So, vicdeo card was failed. but external monitor worked fine even in Windows Normal mode, except case when some drivers cause small problems;

What I have achived is that now it is possible to load in normal mode with external monitor, after reinstall Windows,

but native screen is still black.

Now how to define if screen power supplay is failed or screen itself ?

Is any method of this, after removing screen cover and keyboard ?

Thank you.
