Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Good day, I have an hp Elitedesk 800 g3 TWR and a 500w power supply and an i7700k processor I inserted a GPU  AMD Radeon RX 580 8GB into the pc the radiators started spinning even on the GPU 6pin ok but the monitor does not respond. black  thanks for the answer.
