I need urgent help, please.
My Laptop screen turned black one day and nothing showed up on the screen. I connected to monitor via VGA and small pixels showed up on the monitor, while connected via HDMI nothing came up neither on laptop screen nor on the monitor.
Do you know what it can be from? video card, motherboard?
to sum up, why are there pixels all over the place and secondly why it shows them via VGA and not via HDMI??
Furthermore, I would be great if you could post a link to a motherboard. I could not find one on the internet. if it is from a motherboard, I need to buy one.

You say small pixels showed up when connected to the vga port. Is it a full picture but with bad pixels or just the bad pixels? Cause it does seem like the motherboard from your description.
(11) System board (includes replacement thermal material) With ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4650 discrete graphics subsystem and 1-GB of dedicated memory 516294-001 With ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4650 discrete graphics subsystem and 1-GB of dedicated memory 516293-001
This board says it is UMA but the part number is consistent with a dedicated video chip:
Check inside the memory bay usually there is a sticker that gives the part number of your motherboard.
Post back with any more questions and please accept as solution if this is the answer you needed.

It pretty much looks like as in following pictures. Specifically more like the last one. First, when it opens, it shows straight pixels in three part of the monitor from top to the bottom in a width of say 5-6 sm each on a 17-inch laptop. Then when windows logo disappears, almost the whole screen is full of pixel-like these.

I suggest it is a better idea to buy a new laptop. However, if you want to replace the motherboard I need to know where you live (country) to see if a replacement is available. HP will not have it, so you must buy in the secondary market. It will not be real inexpensive and will be really expensive if you have to pay for the labor.
