Microsoft Windows 11

I replaced an HP laptop (circa 2015) with a new HP Envy 13-ba1095cl.

The prior laptop was connected to a generic docking station.  The connection was via USB.

After connecting the new HP Envy via USB, it does not recognize any monitors.  It does recognize the ethernet connection, keyboard and mouse (that are plugged into the docking station).

Please advise what may need to be done to recognize the monitors attached to the docking station (that DID work with the prior HP laptop...).

Thanks.

Hello.

It is the Plugable USB 3.0 universal laptop docking station dual monitor.  It connects to the computer via USB.

Here is an amazon link for what I have:  https://www.amazon.com/Plugable-Universal-Docking-Station-Ethernet/dp/B00ECDM78E/ref=asc_df_B00ECDM7...
