Microsoft Windows 10 IOT

Power cord light is on, no power, no fans, heat, display or noise. Tried 4 key start up, 2 key, and holding down 2 buttons, power button. Watched video and have read answers for hours.  Please help ... It's harder to wake up than my son!!  Went back to store - the guy at Best Buy just nodded, said it's not so uncommon. That was no help. I've plugged this baby in 7 different outlets. Its just too young to bury! That thought doesn't help either. Running Microsoft 10, not sure which version. Any advice out there? Thanks for reading this.

let's try these steps here: 

Perform a Hard reset on the notebook: A power reset (or hard restart) clears all information from the computer's memory without erasing any personal data.

If the issue persists, I would request you to contact our Support and our Support Engineers should be able to check the available service options for your laptop.
