Product: HP Envy x360 convertable
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I just purchased this laptop and am setting it up I have a 2nd monitor, ACER S231HL connected to the HDMI
The resolution is stuck at 640 x 640 I can't change it
I have tried to reboot
I have updated windows
I have downloaded and updated the driver
I have changed cables
I have rolled back drivers
There are no options on the 2nd monitor the 640 x 640 is grayed out and not clickable

You didn't mention it, so I need to ask -- in Display Settings, do you have the Multiple Displays set to Duplicate or to Extend?
I am a volunteer and I do not work for, nor represent, HP
