HP Envy 17t-cr0000
Microsoft Windows 11

I  am running 3 external monitors via a universal docking station (equipped with a USB-C). All three monitors are HP EliteDisplay E221, connected using a DisplayPort to HDMI connection. I've just purchased the HP Envy 17t-cr0000, and while it connects perfectly to all my other equipment via the dock, it does not recognize any of my external monitors. I've also attempted connecting the monitors directly to the laptop and got the same result.

I should also note that these same monitors work fine when connecting to my previous HP EliteBook 850, either through the docking station or directly.

Its specs

It has  2 Thunderbolt™ 4 with USB Type-C® 40Gbps signaling rate (USB Power Delivery, DisplayPort™ 1.4, HP Sleep and Charge) ports that means you can use one port to get the result. What is your dock ? Is it compatible with your machine ?

Regards.

Thank you. Yes, I've successfully connected my docking station using the single port, and all of my other equipment works fine (multiple printers, wireless keyboard/mouse, etc.). But the laptop does not detect any of the three monitors. Even when I attempt to connect them directly to the laptop (bypassing the dock), it doesn't detect the external display. All monitors work fine when connected to my HP EliteBook 850, so it seems to be isolated to the 17t-cr0000 laptop.  I am running a Baseus 17-in-1 USB-C universal docking station.
