Product: HP ENVY Laptop PC 14-eb0000 (363Q8AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
Hello
I have connected the laptop to an external monitor via USB C and I encounter 2 problems:
1. Display is maxxed to 60 hz, monitor is capable of 144 hz (I tried this display and cable on another laptop with Intel Irix Xe and 144 hz option was selectable the only difference was it was running Windows 10). The option for 144 hz is not present in the Intel Graphics Command Center either.
2. Windows also intermittently reports USB device not recognised as well.
Any ideas on resolving this? TIA
