There was an earlier reply to a similar question in Feb but think I have done all those things. Bought new laptop in May. Tried to Zoom and no video available for me. My webcam "cannot be found". Error OxA00F4244 (cannot tell if these are alpha "O" or numbers). Setting are all "on". There is no driver for the webcam. Camera is not listed under devices. Light does appear at top of screen and appears to be on. I have talked to Microsoft, HP, and went to Best Buy where I bought it. This took at least 5 hours! Reinstalled Windows 11, no change. All agree there is no driver. No technician, even HP, could not find a driver that was correct to install! Best Buy advice was to return laptop to HP for repair as return warranty was only 15 days. Me, I would like to at least have a driver installed and see what happens. On HP site it says "all needed drivers are installed". Yet there is none for the camera listed under devices. Any help would be appreciated!
