My laptop's motherboard was changed about 2 weeks ago. Since then, randomly I've been seeing the screen/display behave like this (refer to the videos).

The support on call has not been supportive at all. They told me they'll call me to re-install Windows using HP Cloud Recovery, but they haven't done so.

My research says this:

1. The issue persists only when Intel Graphics Driver is installed and enabled.

2. I've tried doing all kinds of things, uninstalling the driver and reinstalling it from HP's website, letting WIndows Update do it by itself, nothing seems to fix this.

3. When I uninstall Intel Graphics Driver, the laptop works fine but the display is not smooth, stutters and drops frames. Which I don't prefer.

4. My conclusion is that the motherboard is corrupted, or at least the Intel Graphics card is malfunctioning.
