Hi,

 

I am unable to use the touchscreen, stylus and audio of my HP envy x360 notebook. I've tried below options:

  1. Updating drivers. No success.
  2. Tried to look for HID touch driver under device manager. No entry found so that I can update.
  3. Tried to perform HP hardware diagnostic using UEFI, only touch pad related option was available under components, nothing for  touchscreen or pen/stylus.
  4. Troubleshooting through HP Hardware diagnostics from GUI.
  5. Setting BIOS defaults.

None of above helped.
