Hello HP Support,
I own a HP Envy x360 laptop purchased in the United States in 2023. It has been working perfectly until today, when I connected an Arduino Uno board via USB while working on a personal electronics project.
Shortly after connecting the Arduino (which was controlling an external fan circuit via a MOSFET), my laptop suddenly powered off and will no longer turn on. There are:
No lights or fan sounds
No screen activity
A full hard reset and unplugging of all devices did not resolve the issue
Does anyone know what the problem is and how it can be solved?
Thank you for your assistance.

@C_O_O, Welcome to HP Support Community,
Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue
Perform a Real Hard Reset
Turn off the computer.
Disconnect the AC adapter.
Remove any discs from the disc drive.
Remove memory cards from the card reader slot.
Disconnect all nonessential peripheral devices, such as printers, scanners, external hard drives, and USB flash drives.
With the AC adapter unplugged, press and hold the power button for approximately 15 seconds.
Reconnect the AC adapter, and then turn on the computer.
Also, refer to this guide for further troubleshooting steps: HP PCs - Computer does not turn on, start, or boot | HP® Support
